The Heart Chakra is located at the middle of the breastbone area. This chakra is green and is the middle chakra between lower three and upper three. The heart chakra energetically rules over your self love and love you have for others, compassion and ability to forgive and accept.
An unbalanced heart chakra can have us feeling cut off from others, not loving towards ourselves and closed off.
When we have a balanced heart chakra we feel loving towards ourselves and others. We will also feel connected to the magic, universal love of all things in nature and life.
