Sacral Chakra

The Sacral Chakra is orange and is located at the navel area. It energetically rules over our emotions and feelings. Our sexuality, creativity and self nurturing our also governed by this area. An unbalanced sacral chakra can have us feeling uninspired, over-emotional, or not in touch with out emotions, lack of creativity etc. When we have a balanced sacral chakra we feel creative, inspired and emotionally well.
