The third eye Chakra is indigo blue and is located at the forehead/ brow area. It energetically rules over our intuition, thoughts, beliefs, dreams and inner vision.
An unbalanced third eye chakra can have us feeling disconnected to our intuition, not able to remember our dreams and have constant negative thoughts or beliefs. When we have a balanced third eye chakra we feel intuitively open and able to have positive thoughts and beliefs on a regular basis.
