FAQ’s

We offer domestic shipping within Belgium through BPpost and through the rest of europe as well as internationally through PostNL. Our shipping method is Standard which includes track and trace. We do offer priority shipping if you would prefer that, if so please select that as shipping method upon checkout.

Shipping:

  1. Orders take 1-3 business days to process and ship out. You will be notified if there are further delays.
  2. We ship domestically within Belgium with BPost. We ship in Europe and internationally with PostNL. 
  3. Once your item is shipped we are no longer responsible for delayed or lost mail since it is in our shipping providers BPost or Post NL’s hands.
  4. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address. Please make sure the address you give us is correct for shipping. If a package is sent back to us because the shipping information is wrong, we will gladly send it out again. We will ask you to cover the costs of the new shipping label.
  5. We provide free shipping on Belgian orders over 70 euros. Free shipping on all other European country orders over 100 euros from the listed European countries below under shipping policy.

7. Delivery time is between 1-2 weeks after order is placed. If there are delays with this timeframe you will be notified.
8. After you place an order and we have shipped it out. You will receive an email with your order tracking and trace.

Returns:

1. Returns are available per the European Union Return guidelines. Returns can be done within 30 days of delivery date. Please contact us on our contact us page to make a return.
2. If a product arrives damaged we will issue a refund or store credit. We may also offer a replacement piece depending on if we have available stock. For clarification, we package all our crystals and products very lovingly and carefully. We take very special care in shipping out all products.

Yes we do ship internationally. We use the shipping provider PostNL for international shipping.

The Payment methods we accept are credit card (Visa/ Mastercard/ American Express), KBC/ CBC Payment Button, Bancontact, and Paypal.
